Kelso Writers’ Workshop, founded in 2012 by Iona McGregor, offers beginner and experienced writers, a 15 session course in short story and novel writing; film and playwriting sessions and occasional talks by local authors.

This will be part of the short story course (Session 5) about the uses of dialogue and the effective use in fiction. Also, there will be time to read stories from a previous workshop (Session 4) on Creating Characters.
